- You need to pay the Registration
fee, Enrolment Deposit and Accommodation Deposit AT THE
TIME OF APPLICATION. No accommodation will be allocated
or course confirmed without these payments.
- The easiest way to pay is
by credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
- You should arrange to arrive
between 1400 - 1800 hrs on Arrival Day.
- Accommodation will be available
from 1400 hrs.
- You should arrive and register
at the Academy site, 18 Bardwell Road, Oxford
- Take a taxi from the bus
or train station - make sure you give the ADDRESS. Do
not ask for just St. Clare's otherwise you might be taken
to the wrong part of the campus
- There is an excellent bus
service from London to Oxford and from Heathrow airport and Gatwick airport to Oxford
- We cannot accept students
earlier than the Arrival Day. If you need to arrive before
this date please check into a local hotel or guest house
- If you would like an airport
transfer please send your flight details and payment by
credit card to student.services@stclares.ac.uk at least three weeks before arrival.
