       1. Registration
        Fee and Deposits
        Each student
needs to pay a Registration Fee of £50. This is non-refundable, and must
accompany the application form. There are two Enrolment Deposits; the
Tuition Deposit of £200 secures your place on the course and the Accommodation
Deposit of £200 secures your place in college provided accommodation.
Tuition and Accommodation Deposits are required for each term or course.
Deposits are credited towards the full fees. The deposit(s) and registration
fee must be sent with the application form. If we are not able to offer
you a place, or to arrange accommodation as requested, the deposit is
        refunded.

If you do not take up your accommodation or place on a course the deposit
is not refunded, unless there are exceptional circumstances, and at St.
Clare's discretion. See Refunds, Withdrawals and Cancellations
        for further details.
      Fees include:
Tuition, St. Clare's travel insurance, regular social/activities programme,
careers/higher education advice, loan of textbooks and use of all College
        facilities.
      2. Additional charges:

      3. Fee Policy
        The Governing
Body reserves the right to alter the fees if increases in costs make this
necessary, though its policy is to maintain fees at the level charged
        for comparable courses. Top
      4. Payment of Fees
When your application form and deposit(s) are received, you will be invoiced
for the balance of the fees due. This amount should be paid at least
3 weeks before your course begins. Payment of this balance guarantees
        your accommodation and course place.

If you are applying less than 5 weeks before your course begins
you should pay the full costs of your course and accommodation, plus the
registration fee, at the time you make your application. However, if you
are booking late (i.e. within 5 weeks of the starting date of your course),
we advise you to check with the Admissions
Office that a space is available for you before you send us full fees.

Please ensure that the College receives the full amounts of deposits and
fees after all bank charges have been paid. If you are making a bank transfer,
instruct your bank that you will pay all charges, including all the UK
bank's charges. You will be asked to pay any outstanding bank charges
on arrival. Please note that you will not be permitted to occupy accommodation
