4. Payment of Fees
When your application form and deposit(s) are received, you will be invoiced for the balance of the fees due. This amount should be paid at least 3 weeks before your course begins. Payment of this balance guarantees your accommodation and course place.

If you are applying less than 5 weeks before your course begins you should pay the full costs of your course and accommodation, plus the registration fee, at the time you make your application. However, if you are booking late (i.e. within 5 weeks of the starting date of your course), we advise you to check with the Admissions Office that a space is available for you before you send us full fees.

Please ensure that the College receives the full amounts of deposits and fees after all bank charges have been paid. If you are making a bank transfer, instruct your bank that you will pay all charges, including all the UK bank's charges. You will be asked to pay any outstanding bank charges on arrival. Please note that you will not be permitted to occupy accommodation or begin your course until fees have been paid.
