an afternoon excursion.

do I start my lessons?

does my course finish?

day is the final Thursday of your course; the day before you depart.
When
do I have to leave at the end of my course at St. Clare's?
You leave on Friday.

in the course fees?

medical and personal possessions cover. Policy details will be sent with
the joining documents.

Transfers are provided
for all junior course bookings provided that you arrive and depart on
the specified arrival/departure dates and times and provided that we
receive your flight information in good time.
Please email student.services@stclares.ac.uk
with your flight details.
Are
there any course rules?
Details of rules
for the courses will be sent to you in your joining documents. There
are not many, but they relate to behaving in a way that accords common
courtesy to everyone around you, observance of the night-time curfew
relevant to your age group and any local laws that apply (eg. drinking
alcohol, misuse of drugs etc.)
We reserve the right to expel any student whose behaviour
we deem to be unacceptable. In this unlikely event fees will be forfeited

souvenirs, etc. plus a £20 returnable damage deposit.
Who
looks after me in my house?
On the junior courses
the majority of staff (teachers, activity leaders, welfare staff) live
in the residences with the students so there are plenty of adults on
hand to help with any problems you may have.
Can
I share a bedroom with my friend?
It is part of St.
Clare's mission to promote international understanding through education.
Boys and girls are accommodated separately, sharing rooms with similar
aged students and as far as possible of a different nationality. It
is more likely that you could be in the same house as your friend, but
not usually the same room.
Exceptions may be made for some of the youngest students
at our junior course centre.
What
about laundry?
We do the laundry
for you if you are on a junior course.
