The weekend of 26-28 March, ten willing IB1 students braved the elements to complete their Bronze Award Expedition. We were based in the Black Mountain area of the Brecon Beacon's National Park.

The students planned and implemented a two day, one night venture, carrying all that they needed throughout this time. We were blessed with good walking weather and reasonable temperatures during the evening.

The following students have now passed their Bronze Medallion and are ready to take on Gold which enables them to meet the Duke of Edinburgh at Buckingham Palace; Caroline Berksoy, Ina Hirschberger, Deviyani Misra-Godwin, Tom O'Connell, Jennifer Toonen, Danny Vriethoff, Jeffrey Waheed, Bello Mustafa Bello, Laura Melnik and Mato Lagator.
