To celebrate the end of their gruelling exams, 170 first and second year IB students and their teachers celebrated the traditional Wassail this week.

The theme of the evening was A Night at the Oscars, and all were elegantly dressed either in formal evening wear or as famous celebrities as diverse as Groucho Marx and the Teletubbies!

"Oscars" were awarded during the evening in a number of categories, and certain members of staff drew particular attention for their sense of dress!

The evening began with cocktails, followed by a formal meal, and entertainment was provided by the singing talents of Kate Paramanova and Matilda McFaul, followed by College band The 7 Sins and a disco.

A great way to wind down at the end of a long term; special thanks Anne Vestrum, Wilm Franke, Katie Glass and Chris Reinicke and all the Student Council for organising the event, and to Adji Szajali for taking the photos.
