Congratulations to
Jos Vos, our teacher of Dutch, whose two translations (from Japanese
to Dutch) are being published by a leading literary Dutch publisher
this year. They are In the Miso Soup by Ryu Murakami, a political
thriller about a serial killer on the loose in Tokyo, and an annotated
edition of classic text The Narrow Road to the Deep North by
the seventeenth century poet Basho. |
| Jos' work illustrates the many talents of our teaching
staff outside the classroom and joins a long list of published academic
staff at St. Clare's. |
