Our annual Barcelona trip over the February break was a great success.  Twenty seven students were immersed into Spanish culture, language, sights and food by Vicky Hahn, Meg Claringbold and Ricardo Da Silva Esteves. 

The students' first taste of Barcelona was on Thursday evening with a group meal in a bustling tapas restaurant on Passeig de Gracia.  Friday's events took them on an excellent walking tour led by a local guide and a visit to the Picasso museum. 

Saturday was a tribute to Gaudi (Casa Mila and La Sagrada Familia) and in the evening the students were able to try real Spanish paella at our group meal in Barceloneta.  Sunday was spent in Gaudi's Parc Guell with gorgeous blue skies and panoramic views.  A special mention to Andreas Torres is awarded for his helpfulness on the trip.
