St. Clare's FC recorded their first win of the season on Saturday with a 3 - 2 victory over Bellersby College, Oxford. The team started well but were finding it hard to be decisive in front of goal. The deadlock was broken in the 25th minute with a well taken goal by Anuar Kange. However, it was Bellersby College who finished the half stronger and scored in the 43rd minute.The second half was a tense affair with passages of good football. Bellersby scored from a free kick and St. Clare's equalised with an own goal. The winning goal was a spectacular volley finish from Jedrzej Kasztelan. The Man of the Match award was presented to Leonid Druzhinind.
