The two-week Euro
Tour was designed to give students an opportunity to try new activities
and to visit many different places and cities in various countries - statistics: covered 3687 miles and visited 5 countries.
France -
Paris - two nights - most students took the opportunity to see the famous Paris landmarks and sample the Parisian nightlife.
Vercors - two days - based in a tiny village in the heart of the Vercors region walking and rock-climbing.
Monte Carlo, Cannes and Nice - most students had especially wanted to visit the coast during their two week trip and our accommodation during this section had perfect sea views and a huge balcony.
Italy -
Easter celebrations in a little town of Fiesole in Tuscany.
Florence - a beautiful city which the students were able to explore, both its well-known sights and lesser ones, including market places for souvenirs.
Venice for the day then on to Cortina - beautiful weather to explore this unique city.
Cortina is close to the Dolomites, a section of the Alps that borders Italy and Austria, where students were able to go hill-walking, skiing and snow-boarding.
Austria -
Innsbruck by lunchtime for sightseeing and exploring.
En route home the group camped in Germany near the Belgium border.
