There may be times when you might need to contact us when the main offices are closed.

Office hours are as follows:

  • Monday - Friday: 0800-1800 hrs
Staff are on duty to take messages or help with real emergencies as follows:
  • Monday - Friday: 1800 - 2200 hrs
  • Saturday: 0800 - 2200 hrs
  • Sunday: 1000 - 1800 hrs
If you are a parent we will have given you the contact details of the warden of your son or daughter's house. Please check your registration papers or sign in to our intranet to get the full contact information.
