Full-time temporary contract from early May to late August, reporting to the Director of English Language courses.

Purpose of the role:
To assist the English Language course Director of Studies, the IB summer courses Director of Studies and the Activities Director in the preparations before, and support during, the Summer School.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• To assist with all aspects of the administration for summer courses: answering the telephone, sending emails, filing, photocopying and archiving documents and ordering supplies.
• To manage applications from, and arrange interviews for, temporary summer staff (English Language course and IB teachers, Activity Co-ordinators, etc.) and set up interviews.
• To prepare contracts and carry out safeguarding checks for successful applicants and to maintain personnel files.
• To prepare details for payroll at the end of each week, with input from the English Language course Director of Studies, the IB summer courses Director of Studies and the Activities Director.
• To prepare class lists for the English Language course Director of Studies each week, updating as necessary.
• To prepare Certificates and Reports for English Language course students by the end of each course.
• To welcome students on three Sundays during the summer season.
• To perform other related duties.

Rate: £287 per week (inclusive of holiday pay)
