Success at the Wall to Wall exhibition
A special exhibition called Wall to Wall Art was held at the North Wall Gallery, South Parade, north Oxford as part of the North Wall Arts Festival. The purpose of the exhibition was to showcase emerging new talent (aged between 16-18 and living in Oxfordshire) in the visual arts, exhibited and curated professionally in a contemporary gallery space. Four of our students submitted work and all were accepted. They were: Maria Czajcynska, Jakub Jakubowski, Kaja Ritzau-Reid, and Xavier Robles de Medina. Amongst well deserved competition one of our students was awarded an exhibition prize. The panel of judges selecting the works and the prizes were high profile in the art world:Hannah Collins (a nominee for the Turner Prize 1993)
Jeremy Mogford (who displays some of his collections of art in his hotels in Oxford)
Sarah Wiseman (who runs her own Gallery in Summertown)
