This course introduces students to the most pressing global issues we are facing today. Using a variety of approaches, students will develop their critical thinking and debating skills.
This course seeks to develop an appreciation, knowledge & understanding of major works of art and architecture in Oxford.
This course will initiate and develop the students' practical artistic abilities by getting students to draw from observation, both outdoors and in Oxford's museums and galleries.
This is a course for students with limited or no background in science and is intended to reduce or eliminate any science phobia or misconceptions about science that some students may have Students will be introduced to concepts integral to the scientific method, scientific reasoning, and scientific research. Science is accessible to anyone, not just the scientist or science major, and this class is intended to demonstrate how science is accomplished and viewed by the world by focusing on science topics in the news and media and exploring the rich resources available in Oxford.
