Summer English language Courses for juniors - airport transfers

We take the business of looking after your child very seriously. We want to make sure that your
son or daughter's journey to St. Clare's goes as smoothly as possible. It is essential that you
complete the travel form and send us your flight details as soon as possible

You need to book your transfer at least ten days before your journey to guarantee a successful
transfer.

Free Transfers
Junior course students (age 10-15 and enrolled on one of our Junior courses) have free transfers if their flight arrives and departs from London Heathrow airport at the times and dates given below.

Complete this form as soon as you have the flight details.

Special St. Clare's Transfer
  • Junior course students arriving / departing outside the times / dates published above, or at a UK airport other than London Heathrow will need to pay for a special St. Clare's transfer.
  • Complete this form as soon as you have your flight details
  • Full details of special transfer costs are given here
  • Please note that you will be charged a £20 administration fee if you cancel a special airport transfer.
Independent arrival / departure
Junior course students travelling independently and who do not need an airport transfer need to give details of how and when they will travel to St. Clare's and whom they will travel with.

We need this information so that we know when to expect you and whom to contact if you are delayed.
