Golf success

First year IB student, Jacques Marco started the year with a golf handicap of 22 and through his private one-to-one golf lessons at the North Oxford Golf Club, he has managed to reduce his handicap to 19.

Earlier this month Jacques Marco had a glorious round of golf during a Junior medal tournament. He managed to complete the 18 hole course 5 shots under his handicap and finished in first place.

As part of the CAS (Creativity, Activity and Service) component of the IB Diploma, all students have to take part in some form of activity; it can be sport, dance, bridge, Zumba, rock climbing, etc. St. Clare's is lucky to have a wonderful team of people coordinating all the different options, activities, venus and timetables.
