Residential houses

Work is progressing steadily on the complete refurbishment of house 14 – 16 Lathbury Road, one of the student residents for IB and PreIB students. The building has been gutted and all of the original pipes and electrical wiring have been removed.

The builders are currently insulating the entire building and putting on a new roof. Next month, new windows will be fitted as well as the bathrooms.

When the house is finished, there will be space for 29 students, all rooms will be doubles or singles and every room will be an ensuite. The question everyone wants to know is whether the new residence is going to be a girls' house or a boys' house!
