Another busy weekend at St. Clare's!
St. Clare's is a proper boarding school where there are very few weekly borders and nearly
all of its student population lives in College residences.
So, what are St. Clare's students doing this weekend? The following is a list of
organised activities:
- Physics lecture at the world-famous Rutherford Appleton laboratory
- The British Culture Club is visiting the beautiful city of Bath
- The Conservation Group is helping in the community by clearing a village
churchyard in a village near Oxford
- The Rowing Club is taking to the water on the River Isis
- The Student Council has organised a mini World Cup Football Tournament
- A guided walk has been organised to explore Oxford's literary heritage
- The running club is taking part in a 5km run around the lake at Blenheim Palace
- The girls' Football team is taking part in a tournament in Reading
In addition to all of this, there are dozens of opportunities for our students to
arrange their own activities in Oxford with its many different venues for music, the
theatre and the arts.
