St. Clare's Running Club in action
Members of the Running Club participated in two local events recently. On Sunday 20 February, Abigail Coats; Alessia
Passannanti; Janez Kosec; Christof Uisk; Rufus Lunn; Casper Da Costa-Luis; Tamir Gotfried; Max Paulus
ran the 10km cross country route in the
Hardwick X-Stream challenge. Janez and Max led the St. Clare's
group home in impressive times. Abigail Coats completed her first 10km race. There is some excellent
film footage of the race available on the link above. The St. Clare's Runners are dressed in royal blue
running tops.
Last Sunday 6 March club members, Tamir Gotfried; Casper Da Costa-Luis; Haakon Fougner; Christof Uisk;
Max Paulus competed in the local
Goring 10km race. Tamir completed a personal best time
over the course of 41 minutes and 14 seconds. Casper and Max returned home in 48 minutes and 38 seconds
and 49 minutes and 46 seconds respectively.
