Salsa group perform at Oxford Light Night

Last Friday six students performed a Salsa routine on a big outdoor stage in St. Giles, one of the main streets in Oxford. They were one of many groups to perform as part of the dance line-up to mark the switching on of the Christmas lights in Oxford. They were the only group to perform Salsa and did so to a huge crowd. They have been rehearsing with Vicky since September and their confidence and dance skills have improved dramatically. For several of them this was the first time performing anything in front of such a big crowd, let alone dancing Salsa.

The performers were: Philipp Natho, Emilija Berzanskaite, Sergey Gostev, Taisija Sifrina, Zhonghao Li and Klara Richtarechova.
