A new residence

Students arriving at St. Clare's in September – if they were boys – had the added bonus of moving in to the College's latest refurbished residence at 14-16, Lathbury Road. The house has been completely redeveloped at a cost of £1.4million so that every room has an ensuite bathroom and all of the rooms are either doubles or singles.

There is room for 29 students in this spacious house where every room has access to wifi, there are two laundries and two comfortable common rooms. The building has the latest insulation in the walls and roof and, with the addition of double glazed windows, keeps the house warm and cosy.
