We take the business of looking after your child very seriously. We want to make sure that your
son or daughter's journey to St. Clare's goes as smoothly as possible. It is essential that you
complete the travel form and send us your flight details as soon as possible

You need to book your transfer at least ten days before your journey to guarantee a successful
transfer.

Free Transfers
Junior course students (age 10-15 and enrolled on one of our Junior courses) have free transfers if their flight arrives and departs from London Heathrow airport at the times and dates given below.
Arrivals at London Heathrow

between 0900 and 1830 hrs	on Sunday 8 July 2012 or Sunday 29 July 2012
Departures from London Heathrow

between 1000 and 1800 hrs	on Saturday 28 July 2012 or Saturday 18 August 2012
Special St. Clare's Transfer
Junior course students arriving / departing at a different London airport other than London Heathrow will need to pay for a special St. Clare's transfer. Full details of special transfer costs are given here Please note that you will be charged a £20 administration fee if you cancel a special airport transfer.
Independent arrival / departure
Junior course students travelling independently and who do not need an airport transfer need to give details of how and when they will travel to St. Clare's and who they will travel with We need this information so that we know when to expect you and who to contact if you are delayed As soon as you know your travel plans, please send your arrival information to our Sales Team - email: summer.admissions@stclares.ac.uk
