Raising money to send science books to Tanzania

Well done to members of the Overseas Community Project who have raised £115.92 by selling Christmas cards this week. The funds will pay the cost of sending science books to Tanzania.

Arjaldo Karaj collected most of the books; Alexandra Dreier, Daniel Nazarenko, Doris Wang, Lucy Hansen, Maciej Pysklo, Milan Babic, Olga Trofimova, Rachel Atkinson, Sarah Pickl and Sarah Peschko made the cards; Chadine Alj, Doris Wang, Maciej Pysklo, Naomi Obeng, Nisrine Ghazzali, Pia Steinke and Sairah Rees did the selling.

Thanks to our Chairperson Sophie Spies for conducting the meetings and to Sairah Rees for doing the minutes. Please continue to support us next week when we will have more cards and artworks for sale.
