This week’s cross-course theme ‘Helping Others’ was chosen to coincide with
Red Nose Day. This is a UK-wide charity event which asks people to ‘Do something
funny for money’.
Students and staff at the International College really
entered into the spirit with fund-raising events and competitions: decorated cup
cakes, delicious milk-shakes, a prize raffle, guessing games and piano-playing
while blindfold!
The magnificent sum of £352.36 was raised towards projects in deprived
areas of the UK and Africa. Congratulations to everyone involved!
