As a small community, we promote integration across course and across college wherever possible. That's why we have a single teaching theme each week for our different courses, ensuring a harmonisation of learning and discussion amongst students.
Last week, the cross college theme was food, so we invited students to sample some excellent food in the heart of London at Borough market. Renowned as a source of exceptional British and international produce, the market has a wonderful, unique atmosphere and proved to be a great place for our group to discover new flavours.
