On Wednesday 6th November our prospective medical students enjoyed an interesting and eye-opening Q & A session with Dr Andrew Johnson MBBS, DPhil, FRCA, a consultant in Cardiothoracic ITU and Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
Our doctors of the future were able to ask questions about life at medical school and in a hospital, the qualities that make a good doctor, whether risk is necessary in surgery and the current state of the NHS, including the role of international medical staff.
