Congratulations to St. Clare's Running Club who participated in the Oxford half marathon on Sunday. Over 3500 runners completed the 21km course in heavy rain and our team did brilliantly! The group of IB students were joined by a number of St. Clare's staff: Bursary Assistant Sarah Leach, Head of Activities Kevin Hennessy, Professor William Powlett-Smith and Student Services Office Robin Lomax.
The group did not seem fazed by the heavy rain and they all finished with impressive times, listed below:

It was the first time that many of the St. Clare's Running Club had competed in a half marathon and we were thrilled to see Teisi and Elias on the front page of the Oxford Mail too!
