Last weekend, we were delighted to welcome the crew from the BBC's Culture Show to St. Clare's to film our artistic IB student, Marcella Montagnese.
Marcella has recently won a place in the final of the annual ARTiculation competition. This is a public speaking competition for sixth form students on the subject of art and architecture. Students are invited to give a 5 to 10 minute talk on a work of art of their choice to an audience of teachers and fellow students.
Director/Producer Helen Shariatmadari and her assistant Juliet Shardlow were shooting a profile of Marcella and will film her again in the national final of the ARTiculation competition in Cambridge on 1st March. Presenter Alastair Sooke will be in Cambridge to host this edition of the Culture Show, which is scheduled to be broadcast at 10pm on 10th March.
