History of the ancients and modern culture

More than 40 students from our Bardwell Road Centre went on a trip to London to visit the British Museum, which houses over 100,000 years of human history and culture including treasures such as the Rosetta Stone and the Elgin Marbles.

Included in the trip was a walking tour of Georgian London taking in famous sights such as Trafalgar Square, St. James's Park, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and finally Downing Street, the home and offices of the Prime Minister, David Cameron.
