Surfing in Cornwall

Each semester we take a group of students to Newquay, in Cornwall, the premier beach for Britain’s surfing experiences. This weekend trip gives students plenty of time to see what surfing is all about. They were given expert tuition before entering the water for their first attempts. As you can see, it was a huge amount of fun regardless of whether they turned into champion surfers.

Go Karting in Oxford

When the weather is fine our students enjoy punting on the River Thames. At first it is quite difficult as they have to stand at the back of the punt and push hard on a very long pole; the trick is to keep hold of the pole, if not, you fall in! Most students had a go...
