Visiting London
Students who come to St Clare’s for just a few weeks in the summer can choose from a great range of trips and excursions and activities. We have a dedicated team of staff who offer trips to towns like London, Stratford upon Avon, Brighton and within Oxford itself and sites such as Windsor Castle, Blenheim Palace and the London Eye. Go Karting in Oxford
Our students always enjoy their time racing at the local track Karting Oxford. It might start off fairly slowly but by the end of the day all the drivers are racing to win. With just one driver they don't need to remember which side the steering wheel is and what side...
Punting on the Thames
When the weather is fine our students enjoy punting on the River Thames. At first it is quite difficult as they have to stand at the back of the punt and push hard on a very long pole; the trick is to keep hold of the pole, if not, you fall in! Most students had a go...
