Louise Jones – Marketing and Communications Manager

Louise has led the Marketing team since October 2022. She started her creative career in Visual Merchandising, alongside an Apprenticeship in Management, for which she was an ‘Apprentice of the Year’ Finalist at the Retail Week Rising Star Awards. After graduating from the University of Brighton with a BA (Hons) in Fashion Communication and Business, and being nominated for the ‘Fashion Styling and Creative Direction Award’ at Graduate Fashion Week, Louise built up professional marketing and management experiences spanning the luxury retail, social care, charity and education sectors. Louise has consistently been drawn back to the education industry, having worked in marketing, graphic design, admissions and multiple summer schools. Outside of work, her passions include human psychology, aviation, musical theatre and is a massive Friends nerd and Swiftie!

Giulia Marinelli – Marketing and Creative Content Coordinator

Born in Rome, Italy, and passionate about storytelling, writing stories and poetry from a young age, she later moved to Oxford, where she graduated in 2015 with a BA (Hons) in Film Studies from Oxford Brookes University. She worked on a variety of different projects, short films, promo and fashion videos, taking different roles from Editing to Directing, Writing and Producing. In 2018, after her MA in Film Arts from RUFA, specialising in Directing and Screenwriting, Giulia decided to upskill as a Script Supervisor. She later successfully completed a Certificate course in Script Supervision and Continuity in Film and Television (in association with the BBC) from NFTS. Giulia currently works at St Clare’s as the Marketing and Creative Content Coordinator, where she applies her creative storytelling and video production skills mainly to create entertaining and educational digital content. Away from work, Giulia loves travelling, cooking, music and sports.

Rachel Li – Student Recruitment Manager

Rachel joined St Clare’s as a Student Recruitment Manager in 2021. Qualified to teach (BA, Capital Normal University, China), Rachel first worked as an English teacher at a prestigious school in Beijing, and has subsequently facilitated entrepreneurial education and joint degree programmes in the UK. Armed with an MBA degree (MUN, Canada), Rachel has specialised in global partnership and business development, managing complex international projects at multinational corporations. With professional experiences spanning China, North America and Europe, Rachel feels passionate about education without borders, and strives to help young people to access first class education opportunities.
