You should arrange to arrive between 1400 - 1800 hrs on Arrival Day. You should arrive and register at the Academy site, 3 Bardwell Road, Oxford Take a taxi from the bus or train station. Ask for 3 Bardwell Road. Do not ask for St. Clare's as the driver will take you to the wrong site. There is an excellent bus service from London to Oxford and from Heathrow airport and Gatwick airport to Oxford We cannot accept students earlier than the Arrival Day. If you need to arrive before this date please check into a local hotel or guest house If you would like an airport transfer please send your flight details and payment by credit card to student.services@stclares.ac.uk at least three weeks before arrival.
