Through the Internet
It is Internet-based - email and World Wide Web - so you can use it from your home, place of study, or work

SCOOL will be staffed by qualified English language teachers already working at St Clare's, Oxford

To begin with, SCOOL will consist of two services: the SCOOL Newsletter and the SCOOL Language Clinic.
The Newsletter will be written by teachers and sent as email, and have educational tips and news, including:
- Recommended English language resources on the Internet
- Web polls where you can place your vote and see what others think
- Competitions
- Study tips
- Other educational resources
The Language Clinic will be a discusion group, where anyone can send a message to the group or contribute ideas by email or on the group's Web bulletin board. St Clare's teachers will be monitoring the discussions, and will step in with expert advice as needed. If you have any interesting or useful language tips or ideas, you can email them to the group. The Language Clinic will be a place where you can get help with English language problems, including problems or questions about:
- grammar
- vocabulary
- writing
- other language-related problems
As SCOOL develops, over time, more services will be added
