The Governing Body reserves the right to alter the fees if increases in costs make this necessary, though its policy is to maintain fees at the level charged for comparable courses.
When your application
form and deposit(s) are received, you will be invoiced for the balance
of the fees due. This amount should be paid at least 3 weeks before
your course begins. Payment of this balance guarantees your accommodation
and course place.
If you are applying less than 5 weeks before your course begins
you should pay the full costs of your course and accommodation, plus the
registration fee, at the time you make your application. However, if you
are booking late (i.e. within 5 weeks of the starting date of your course),
we advise you to check with the Admissions
Office that a space is available for you before you send us full fees.
Please ensure that the College receives the full amounts of deposits and
fees after all bank charges have been paid. If you are making a bank transfer,
instruct your bank that you will pay all charges. You will be asked to
pay any outstanding bank charges on arrival.

given above apply to each term, part of term or course for which you are
registered. In other words, if you register for two or more terms or courses
and cancel, the deposit, or two weeks' fees are deducted from fees for
each course or term before a refund is made.
Please note that if you wish to move out of College or homestay accommodation you must give us written notice as follows:
The same notice period is required for changes of accommodation. A charge is made for changes or cancellations made without giving the notice period.
The Travel Insurance Fee, which is mandatory, includes insurance cover for travel directly to and from St. Clare's and whilst at St. Clare's, including half term breaks. The cover for the journey to and from is limited to 48 hours in each direction. There is no cover for the Christmas and Easter breaks other than the journeys to and from St. Clare's. It covers trips organised by St. Clare's, including those involving outdoor activity pursuits in the UK. For full details of the extent of the cover and the exclusions see the Certificate of Insurance, the Summary of Cover and the Frequently Asked Questions document, which are available from Admissions.
