Aware that it is not every day that you might get the chance to come to Oxford, we want to offer not just the excellent Summer Workshops for Experienced IB Teachers, with the key note speakers and extras which we have already added to those courses, but also the opportunity to come for slightly longer, and to explore more of what we have to offer. We hope that these Optional Enrichment Programmes will be particularly attractive to teachers who might have travelled from further away to join the workshops, but everyone is welcome!

Please note that the Extra Options are not part of the IBO Authorised Course, and are available only at St. Clare's, Oxford

After the Summer Workshops for Experienced IB Teachers, the Optional Enrichment Programmes give you two further choices. We have a full cultural programme, including garden and stately home visits, theatre and music. Alternatively we have an opportunity to try some of the St Clare's speciality workshops, with more time to explore how to integrate themes such as internationalism and global citizenship into your classes, and how to cope with non-native learners in the subject classroom (our own special programme which we have called Language Through LearningTM).
