Accommodation fees
Delegates may choose to book accommodation in a college house or find their own hotel or guest house accommodation in Oxford.

Accommodation fees are as follows:

  • single superior (private toilet and shower) £46 per night
• single standard £38 per night
• twin superior (private toilet and shower) £35 per night
• twin standard £30 per night

A certificate of attendance for all delegates attending the workshop.

course materials - all teaching materials are included in the course fees
state-of-the-art internet and multimedia resources are available to all delegates.
Meals if residential - all meals are provided in our dining room from dinner on the day of arrival to breakfast on the day of departure
delegates who do not choose our accommodation may buy meals in our dining room
Activities an evening programme of lectures and social events is included in the workshop fee
Travel insurance The Travel Insurance Premium, is included in the fees, and includes cover for travel directly to and from St. Clare's and whilst at St. Clare's. The cover for the journey to and from is limited to 48 hours in each direction. Cover is provided for medical expenses, rescue, evacuation and repatriation, cancellation or curtailment, personal accident, personal property and money, delay abandonment and missed departure and personal liability claims. It covers trips organised by St. Clare's, including those involving outdoor activity pursuits. Non residential delegates
Hotel accommodation you may wish to book your own hotel accommodation. Oxford hotel listings can be found at Daily Infomation
Meals delegates who do not choose our accommodation may buy meals in our dining room or Sugar House café / bar
Residential delegates
Extra nights Accommodation Delegates may wish to extend their stay in Oxford by up to two extra nights (Thursday and Friday)

Key deposit an initial key/damage deposit of £30 is payable on arrival and refunded at the end of the course
Airport transfers you can arrange for us to collect you from the airport - a personal service for an extra charge - contact our Student Services Department for quotes or more information. If you already have your flight information you may book your airport transfer online.

Payment details
  • No deposit is required with the registration form.
  • You will be invoiced for the fees on receipt of your application form.
  • We are unable to confirm your reservation until we receive your fees in full.
  • The full fees must be paid at least 3 weeks before arrival.
  • Do not delay sending your fees or you may lose your place on the course or in the accommodation of your choice.
