Facilities Controller - more details

Facilities Controller

If you are looking for an interesting, challenging role, we are seeking to employ a Facilities Controller to work with the Estates Manager to develop the facilities provision within St. Clare's.

The person appointed will have extensive relevant experience and be capable of working on his/her own initiative as well as part of a small team. A full job description is available here.

Applicants must also:
· have an awareness of health & safety requirements
· must be experienced in general facilities management
· must hold a full driving licence
· must take the minibus driving test for Schools.

Salary circa £21,000, contributory pension, Life Assurance Plan, 22 working days per year plus bank holidays and the period over Christmas when the College is closed. Free meals when working.
