Chef Manager - more details

Chef Manager
This is a full-time post. For the successful candidate this is a varied and demanding post catering to a high standard for students and staff from all over the world. The Chef Manager will be responsible for all areas of catering operations, including two dining rooms, the café/bar and special events throughout the College. The postholder will have overall financial responsibility for the catering budget and will be supported on the administration side by an office assistant.

The post is for 37.5 hours per week, with core hours of 07.00 to 15.00 Mondays to Fridays. Some evening and weekend duties required.

Starting salary within the range £28,500 to £30,750.

Contributory pension, Group Life Assurance Plan, 22 days holiday plus Christmas break and free lunches when meals are being served to students. Protective clothing and footwear is provided.
