Dean of Students
required for August 2006

The role:

• responsible for overseeing and monitoring the academic achievement and pastoral care of approximately 230 IB and Preparatory IB students
• lead and manage a successful and experienced team of Personal Tutors
• responsible for development and implementation of the PSHE programme

You will:

• be a dynamic, well-qualified and enthusiastic teacher
• have a track record of raising achievement and sustaining improvement
• have the ability to translate strategic thinking into effective action
• have experience with SIMS or similar academic management tools
