Fees include
Tuition reports - students receive a written report for all classes taken
course materials - all teaching materials are included in the course fees

Travel insurance The Travel Insurance includes cover for travel directly to and from St. Clare's and whilst at St. Clare's. The cover for the journey to and from is limited to 48 hours in each direction. Cover is provided for medical expenses, rescue, evacuation and repatriation, cancellation or curtailment, personal accident, personal property and money, delay abandonment and missed departure and personal liability claims. It covers trips organised by St. Clare's, including those involving outdoor activity pursuits. Additional fees
Extra excursions others are available at an additional charge (between £8-£30)
Key deposit an initial key/damage deposit of £30 is payable on arrival and refunded at the end of the course
Airport transfers you can arrange for us to collect you from the airport - a personal service for an extra charge - contact our Student Services Department for quotes or more information.
Personal spending we advise £70 per week for personal expenses and additional excursions
Scholarships for students
Once again, we are offering up to three scholarships for deserving students to attend the summer institute. The awards will be made on the basis of the completed application form, supporting personal statement, and IB coordinator's reference. More details are given here.

Payment details

A deposit payment of £400 for each course is required with the registration form. You will be invoiced for the balance of fees nearer the time. We are unable to confirm your reservation until we receive your deposit. The balance of fees must be paid at least 3 weeks before arrival. Do not delay sending your deposit or you may lose your place on the course or in the accommodation of your choice.

1. You can pay by credit or debit card - we accept the following cards payment accepted by Visa card payment accepted by Mastercard payment accepted by Delta debit card payment accepted by Switch / Maestro debit card

If you have paid your deposit by credit or debit card, then you may also pay the balance of fees using the same credit or debit card, 3 weeks before arrival. With your permission we will debit your card for the balance of fees at the right time. Note: Please note a surcharge of 2% will be made for credit card payments above £1000 (one thousand pounds).

Alternative methods of payment

Payments by bank transfer will only be accepted for courses booked more than 3 weeks before the start of the course.
