Accommodation fees: participants may choose to stay in our college houses:
  Twin Standard (shared bathroom) £470
  Twin Superior (with private shower and toilet) £520
  Single Standard (shared bathroom) £540
  Single Superior (with private shower and toilet) £650
Course fees include

course materials - all teaching materials and study folder
study visits as part of the tuition programme
full use of the facilities in our library (books, language learning resources, audio-visual material, networked computers and internet access)

Travel insurance The Travel Insurance Premium, which is mandatory, includes cover for travel directly to and from St. Clare's and whilst at St. Clare's. The cover for the journey to and from is limited to 48 hours in each direction. Cover is provided for medical expenses, rescue, evacuation and repatriation, cancellation or curtailment, personal accident, personal property and money, delay abandonment and missed departure and personal liability claims. It covers trips organised by St. Clare's, including those involving outdoor activity pursuits. Accommodation fees include
  accommodation in a St. Clare's house from 14.00h on the day of arrival (Sunday) to 10.00h on Saturday or after classes on Friday
bed linen and towels
meals: breakfast and dinner every day, lunch Monday to Friday

Meals participants who do not choose our accommodation may buy meals in our dining room or Sugar House café / bar
Key deposit an initial key/damage deposit of £30 is payable on arrival and refunded at the end of the course
Airport transfers you can arrange for us to collect you from the airport - a personal service for an extra charge - contact our Student Services Department for quotes or more information.

Payment details

A deposit payment of £400 for each course is required with the registration form. You will be invoiced for the balance of fees nearer the time. We are unable to confirm your reservation until we receive your deposit. The balance of fees must be paid at least 3 weeks before arrival. Do not delay sending your deposit or you may lose your place on the course or in the accommodation of your choice.
If you are applying for Comenius funding you will need to state this at the time of application.

Methods of payment
1. You can pay by credit or debit card - we accept the following cards Visa Mastercard Delta Switch / Maestro

If you have paid your deposit by credit or debit card, then you may also pay the balance of fees using the same credit or debit card, 3 weeks before arrival. With your permission we will debit your card for the balance of fees at the right time. Note: Please note a surcharge of 2% will be made for credit card payments above £1000 (one thousand pounds).

Alternative methods of payment
2. If you do not have a credit or debit card you may choose to pay by bank transfer*
Payments by bank transfer will only be accepted for courses booked more than 3 weeks before the start of the course.
