We have negotiated special rates
for our delegates at two local hotels:
- Linton Lodge:
- £65 per night for Bed and Breakfast in a single en-suite/
£75 for a double or twin.

Both hotels are within easy walking distance of the College and
the workshop venue:
- Linton Lodge (5 minutes to College and venue)
- Galaxie (2 minutes to College, 10 -15 minutes to venue)
Please call up the hotel of your preference and inform them that you
are attending a teacher workshop at St.Clare’s and would like
to book one of the reserved rooms.
Please note. You will need to
arrange payment with the hotel separately.

- Delegates may choose to book accommodation in a College house.
Please note that whilst the rooms are clean and comfortable, they
are student (and not hotel) accommodation.

Travel insurance |
Full details of our Travel Insurance policy are available in this document. Delegates are not insured for the loss or theft of their personal belongings. You are strongly advised to take out insurance on your personal belongings e.g. laptops, cameras, etc. as such items will not be covered by your travel insurance policy arranged by St. Clare's. The College will not accept liability for the loss or theft of your belongings which are your responsibility. You must use the safe in your room for money and valuables e.g. passports and travel tickets. |

Payment details |
- No deposit is required with the registration form.
- You will be invoiced for the fees on receipt of your application
form.
- We are unable to confirm your reservation until we receive your
fees in full.
- The full fees must be paid at least 3 weeks before arrival.
- Do not delay sending your fees or you may lose your place on
the course or in the accommodation of your choice.
