Workshop fee	£475 *	* includes all workshops, refreshments, social events, lunches and evening meals
Accommodation prices	from £51 per night	note: conference starts 1900 Sunday and ends 2000 Wednesday. Most delegates stay Wednesday night and travel on Thursday.
Accommodation 2008
Delegates may choose between: College accommodation full board single ensuite £51 per night (all meals at college) Please note that whilst the rooms are clean and comfortable, they are student (and not hotel) accommodation Linton Lodge Hotel - single ensuite £67.50 (breakfast at the hotel; lunch and dinner at college) Galaxie Hotel - single ensuite £72.00 - £75.00 (breakfast at the hotel; lunch and dinner at college) Making their own arrangements Options 1, 2 and 3 are booked through the college via our application form. The special rates above *are only available* if booked through the College. Payment for a hotel booking is made directly to the hotel at the time of checking out. Payment for St.Clare's accommodation is due at time of booking and delegates will be invoiced.
Local Hotels We have negotiated special rates for our delegates at two local hotels. The Galaxie The hotel is within easy walking distance of the College and the workshop venue - (2 minutes to College, 10 -15 minutes to venue). We have arranged a special delegate rate of £72.00 per night for a bed & breakfast single ensuite. Linton Lodge Hotel A Best Western Hotel in North Oxford close to the College campus. Fees include
Tuition	A certificate of attendance for all delegates attending the workshop
	workshop materials - all teaching materials are included in the workshop fees
	state-of-the-art library and internet resources are available to all delegates
Meals	College accommodation - all meals are provided in our dining room from dinner on the day of arrival to breakfast on the day of departure
Meals	Hotel accommodation - breakfast at the hotel; all lunches and dinner at college

Activities	an evening programme of social events is included in the workshop fee. This includes the welcome dinner on the first night, all lunches and the farewell barbeque on the last night

Travel insurance	Full details of our Travel Insurance policy are available in this document. Delegates are not insured for the loss or theft of their personal belongings. You are strongly advised to take out insurance on your personal belongings e.g. laptops, cameras, etc. as such items will not be covered by your travel insurance policy arranged by St. Clare's. The College will not accept liability for the loss or theft of your belongings which are your responsibility. You must use the safe in your room for money and valuables e.g. passports and travel tickets.
Additional fees
Extra nights Accommodation	Delegates may wish to extend their stay in Oxford by up to two extra nights (Thursday and Friday)
Public transport	We encourage delegates to travel to St. Clare's by bus or train. Useful links to bus and train websites are available here.
Airport transfers	you can arrange for us to collect you from the airport - a personal service for an extra charge. Email our Student Services Department for quotes or visit the airport prices page for more information. If you already have your flight information you may transfer booking form
