Accommodation prices | to be confirmed | note: conference starts 1900 Wednesday and ends 2000 Saturday. Most delegates stay Saturday night and travel on Sunday. |

Local HotelsWe have negotiated special rates for our delegates at a local hotel. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the College and the workshop venue - (2 minutes to College, 10-15 minutes to venue). We have arranged a special delegate rate for a bed & breakfast single ensuite. More information about these special rates are available from our admissions office - charlotte.thompson@stclares.ac.uk. Tuition | • A certificate of attendance for all delegates attending the workshop | |
• Workshop materials - all teaching materials are included in the workshop fees | ||
• Library and internet resources are available to all delegates | ||
• Meals | • College accommodation - all meals are provided in our dining room from dinner on the day of arrival to breakfast on the day of departure | |
• Hotel accommodation - breakfast at the hotel; all lunches and dinner at college | ||
Activities | • An evening programme of social events is included in the workshop fee. This includes the welcome dinner on the first night, all lunches and the farewell barbeque on the last night | |
Travel insurance | • Full details of our Travel Insurance policy are available in this document. Delegates are not insured for the loss or theft of their personal belongings. You are strongly advised to take out insurance on your personal belongings e.g. laptops, cameras, etc. as such items will not be covered by your travel insurance policy arranged by St. Clare's. The College will not accept liability for the loss or theft of your belongings which are your responsibility. You must use the safe in your room for money and valuables e.g. passports and travel tickets. | |

Airport transfers | • You can arrange for us to collect you from the airport - a personal service for an extra charge. Email our Student Services Department for quotes or visit the airport prices page for more information. If you already have your flight information you may transfer booking form | |
