Delegates may choose between:

1. College accommodation single ensuite (all meals at college)
   Please note that whilst the rooms are clean and comfortable, they are student (and not hotel) accommodation
2. Local hotel - a special rate for single ensuite with breakfast at the hotel; lunch and dinner at college
3. Making their own arrangements

• Options 1 and 2 are booked through the college via our application form. The special hotel rates are only available if booked through the college.
• Payment for a hotel booking is made directly to the hotel at the time of checking out.
• Payment for St.Clare's accommodation is due at time of booking and delegates will be invoiced.

Note: the workshops start 1900 Wednesday and end 1500 Saturday.

Delegates wishing to stay on the Saturday night and travel on Sunday can do so but will need to make special accommodation arrangements. College room bookings and hotel accommodation booked by the college will cover Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights only.

Local hotels

We have negotiated special rates for our delegates at a local hotel. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the workshop venue. We have arranged a limited number of rooms at the delegate rate of £70 per night (single occupancy) at the Linton Lodge Hotel for a bed & breakfast single ensuite for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights.
