1. Free airport transfers at London Heathrow
- If you arrive at London Heathrow airport between 08.00 and 20.00 on the course start-date, St. Clare's arranges a free transfer to the school. (See below for details)
- If you depart from London Heathrow airport between 10.00 and 18.30 on the course end-date, St. Clare's arranges a free transfer from the school. (See below for details)

2. Special airport transfer (other airports)
- If you arrive at another UK airport (for example, London Gatwick, London Luton, London Stansted), or at London Heathrow outside the times or dates published above, St. Clare's can arrange a special transfer at additional cost

What will happen when you arrive at the airport
Airports are very busy places. A St. Clare's representative will meet your child at ‘Arrivals'. He or she will wear a St. Clare's T-shirt and hold a St. Clare's sign. If your child gets lost he or she must:- Go to the Airport Information Desk
- Ask them to call the St. Clare's representative
- Stay at the Information Desk until they have been collected
- In case of emergency they should telephone 0789 1100 354
- Once they have been met they will be taken to the course centre either by bus or by car
3. Independent arrivals and departures
- If you arrive at the school independently (with your parents or other adult) at the beginning of the course, you do not need an airport transfer arranged by St. Clare's. Please give details of who will bring you and when you will arrive at the school.
- If you depart from the school independently (with your parents or other adult) at the end of the course, you do not need an airport transfer arranged by St. Clare's. Please give details of who will collect you and when you will leave the school.
