Boys' Badminton squad take on Magdalen College School

Our badminton squad were in action on Wednesday for their first fixture against Magdalen College School.

The squad consisted of Maximilian Mueller (PIB), Jakob Nader (IB1), Paul-Lukas Hoffschmidt (IB1) and Chung Yin (Nicolas) Fan (PIB).

The boys were all ranked according to their ability and played their respective rank from MCS in a singles match.

A = Paul-Lukas Hoffschmidt
B = Chung Yin (Nicolas) Fan
C = Jakob Nader
D = Maximilian Mueller

Each boy played the best I have ever seen them play but unfortunately the MCS boys had more match experience and were able to take the victory.

After the singles matches players A and B joined together and players C and D joined together to play a doubles match. Again the competitive match experience saw the MCS boys take victory in the both the doubles matches.
