son or daughter's journey to St. Clare's goes as smoothly as possible. It is essential that you
complete the travel form and send us your flight details as soon as possible
You need to book your transfer at least
ten days before your journey to
guarantee a successful

| Junior course students (age 10-15 and enrolled on one of our Junior courses)
have free transfers if their flight arrives and departs from London Heathrow airport at the
times and dates given below. |

| Special St. Clare's Transfer |
- Junior course students arriving / departing outside the times / dates published above, or at a UK
airport other than London Heathrow will need to pay for a special St. Clare's transfer.
- Full details of special transfer costs are given here
- Please note that you will be charged a £20 administration fee if you cancel a special airport
transfer.

details of how and when they will travel to St. Clare's and who they will travel with
