Dramatic castles in Wales

A small group of students from our Bardwell Road Senior Courses centre took part in a day trip to South Wales recently.

The group first visited Chepstow, exploring the atmospheric ruins of the ancient Norman castle, located on the River Wye. Next stop was Cardiff, visiting the famous castle. There was time for lunch, shopping and cupcakes before the drive back to Oxford.

This is just one of a full programme of social events and trips for our adult students based at our separate Bardwell Road centre. As our students come from all over the world it is good to enjoy a taste of life outside Oxford. Recent trips include horseriding in the New Forest, surfing in Cornwall and a weekend in Portugal.
